By using onetapcommerce.com (the "Site") you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

These terms cover the marketing website only. Using the One Tap Commerce platform as a retailer is governed by a separate customer agreement signed at onboarding.

The Site is provided to help you learn about and evaluate One Tap Commerce. You agree to use it lawfully, not to interfere with its operation, and not to attempt to access any part of it you're not authorized to use.

When you request a demo or unlock the guided tour, you're giving us permission to contact you about One Tap Commerce at the email, phone number, or other details you provide. See our Privacy Policy for how that information is handled.

Nothing on this Site is itself a subscription to or license of the One Tap Commerce platform. Access to the platform, pricing, and service levels are set out in a separate written agreement between One Tap Commerce and each retailer that runs on it.

The Site, including its text, design, and product vignettes, belongs to One Tap Commerce and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

Names of manufacturers and brands referenced on the Site belong to their respective owners.

The Site and its content are provided "as is." We work to keep information accurate and current, but we don't guarantee the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that every statistic or feature description applies to every deployment.

To the extent permitted by law, One Tap Commerce is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited under applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
